We pack and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days, and we email you as soon as yours ships.
Which orders are tracked
- Canada, standard: single-set orders may ship by Canada Post Lettermail without tracking. Orders of two or more items ship with tracking; we email your tracking link when your order ships.
- Canada, express: tracked. The tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email.
- United States: tracked. The tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email.
Where to find your order
- Shipping confirmation email: open the email titled with your order number. Tracked orders have a tracking link in it.
- Your haute account: sign in with the email you used at checkout to see your orders and their status.
Estimated delivery
- Canada, standard: 3 to 5 business days after shipping
- Canada, express: about 1 to 2 business days after shipping
- United States: delivery options and estimates are shown at checkout
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and busy seasons.
