Sizing & fit
Will they fit my nails?
Every box has 30 nails in 15 sizes, so you can match each of your nails to the closest size before applying.
How do I choose my sizes?
Lay the set out from largest to smallest and hold each nail against your natural nail. Pick the size that covers your nail from edge to edge without touching the skin. Between two sizes? Choose the smaller one and file the sides gently. Most product pages also show a size chart with the width and length of each nail in millimetres. See how to find your sizes.
Application & wear
Tabs or glue: which should I use?
Both come in every box. Adhesive tabs are made for the day: quick to put on, easy to take off, and perfect for one look or one plan. Nail glue gives a stronger hold for up to two weeks*. Extra glue (the hold) and tabs (the switch) are sold separately.
How long will they last?
With nail glue: up to two weeks*.
With adhesive tabs: for the day, or one event.
*Wear time depends on your nail prep, how you apply them and your day-to-day activities. To get the most out of your set, clean each nail with the prep wipe or rubbing alcohol, use a thin layer of glue and press each nail firmly for 20 to 30 seconds. See how to apply.
Will press-ons damage my natural nails?
Applied and removed gently, press-ons are kind to your nails. The key is removal: never pull or force a nail off. Soften the bond first with the reset or warm, soapy water.
Care & reuse
How do I remove them?
Use the reset (our nail glue remover) or soak your nails in warm, soapy water until the bond softens, then ease each nail off from the side. Never pull or force them off.
Can I reuse them?
Yes. Remove them gently, clean off any leftover glue or tab, and keep them in their box for next time.
Shipping & returns
Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada (excluding Québec) and to the United States.
How much is shipping?
In Canada, standard shipping is $3.99, or free on orders of $35 or more after discounts; express is $20. To the US, standard shipping is US$4.99, or free on orders of US$45 or more; express is $34.90 CAD.
Will I pay duties on a US order?
No. haute prepays the import duties on orders shipped to the United States, so there are no duties or brokerage fees to pay when your order arrives.
How fast will my order ship?
We pack and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days. Within Canada, single-set standard orders may ship by Canada Post Lettermail and arrive in your mailbox within 3 to 5 business days after shipping. US delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
Will I get a tracking number?
Canadian orders of two or more items, Express orders and all US orders ship with tracking; we email your tracking link when your order ships. Single-set standard orders sent by Lettermail have no tracking number; we still email you when your order ships.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering, as long as it hasn't shipped. To change an address or swap a set, email us within 24 hours and before your order ships.
Can I return a set?
Unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or worn sets can't be returned. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost. Read the full refund policy.
What is the 14-Day Wear Guarantee?
If a set doesn't give you the wear we promise, email us within 21 days of the date your order shipped and we'll replace it with one style per set. The details are in our refund policy.
Orders & offers
How much is a set?
Every nail set is $14.99, and the more sets you add, the less each one costs.
How do bundles work?
Add any nail sets to your bag and the bundle price is applied automatically at checkout: 2 sets for $26.98, 3 for $36.99, 4 for $44.96 and 5 for $52.45. After that, each extra set is $10.49. Bundle prices count nail sets only; accessories are priced separately.
Is there a lower-priced way to try haute?
Yes. The Starter Discovery Box is one full-size nail set in nude behaviour for $9.99.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. The haute e-gift card arrives by email and works on any set or accessory.
